Day 1 – Arrival & landing
Arrival at Dubrovnik airport.
Transfer to Kotor, Montenegro.
Gentle welcome, group introduction and meeting the facilitators.
Evening:
• soft landing
• group intention setting
• light group Reiki session to support integration after travel

Day 2–3 – Kotor:
Slowing down & becoming present. Walks along the bay and through the historic old town of Kotor (UNESCO World Heritage).
Activities:
• nature walks
• breathing exercises
• deep relaxation
• evening conversations about life processes

Day 4–5 – Bay of Kotor & water energy.
Boat trip on the bay with visit to the island:

Day 6–7 – Lovćen National Park & Cetinje
Journey into the Lovćen mountains — one of the most powerful natural areas of Montenegro.
Activities:
• mountain walks
• nature meditations
• visit to Cetinje (former royal capital)
• themes: boundaries, strength, direction and life force
Ends with a shared celebratory dinner.

Day 8–9 – Vitality & life energy
Choice of:
• kayaking on mountain lakes
• light mountain bike rides
• nature walks
Daily Reiki support focused on:
• muscle recovery
• nervous system
